Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 175g butter
  • 175g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1Melt chocolate and butter together.
  2. 2Whisk eggs with sugar until pale.
  3. 3Fold in the chocolate, then flour, baking powder, salt.
  4. 4Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
  5. 5Cool before slicing.
