# Chocolate Cake

Serves 8

## Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 175g butter
- 175g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt

## Steps

1. Melt chocolate and butter together.
2. Whisk eggs with sugar until pale.
3. Fold in the chocolate, then flour, baking powder, salt.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
5. Cool before slicing.
